Coaching Services

A health coach helps you change when change is hard.

If you’re like most people, you know what you need to do but have trouble doing it and sticking to it. Changing behaviors and habits on our own is difficult. Research shows that working with a coach can significantly increase your success in making the changes you desire so that you can live a longer, healthier life. As your coach, I will help you connect with your "why" and discover your motivation. With you leading the way, we will walk together on the journey to better health as you learn the tools and skills to take ownership of your health.

1:1 Coaching

Private individual coaching offers you the most personalized plan for achieving your goal of feeling better, having more energy and vitality, and feeling hopeful about your future. Every person is unique in their body, desires, and needs, so with my practice, there is no cookie-cutter plan. The coaching plan is designed by you and driven by you to meet your specific needs and desires. I collaborate with you, help build motivation, and provide accountability while you lead the way. Together, we explore your vision for health and wellness to clarify why it is important for you to be healthy. Then, we will discover the barriers that are keeping you from good health and build a toolkit to help you remove them. We will co-create attainable goals that propel you toward your vision. I will guide you to become the hero of your health journey.

 

Group Coaching

Gather a group of friends or coworkers and work together toward change. Group coaching is an affordable way for 2-12 people to experience health coaching with the support of others who have similar wellness goals or health issues. Topics include, but are not limited to, the elimination diet, fasting, incorporating movement, reducing inflammation, managing chronic stress, sleep, and relaxation. Group coaching is offered a few times a year or upon request.

 

Family Coaching

Sometimes it's easier to make changes when everyone is doing it together. Consider getting the whole family on track to living a healthier lifestyle through fun and engaging activities for all ages. Get everyone involved in meal preparation and learn valuable skills in the kitchen. Create healthy competition to find out who eats the most colors from the phytonutrient spectrum. Learn how to make movement fun and reduce stress through play. Work together on sleep hygiene. Become skilled at deciphering food labels and see whose favorite foods get the best score. Family health coaching builds stronger relationships and healthier habits for everyone. Available on request for families of two or more.
